Zepter's capsule is made by three steps layers of a special alloy. These layers allow both the normal and induction heating.

INDUCTION HEATING 
Induction heating meets the needs of modern families who are constantly on the go.
The cookware bases have a capsule made of chromium ferritic steel.
Induction heating enhances the speed of heating the ferritic steel capsule so heating time is reduced.
Zepter has invested in research and development to find the most innovative and high-quality alloy.
This new, high-quality material heats more quickly and is able to guarantee that the bottom is heated perfectly evenly – whether on a gas burner or electric hob.
Faster heating translates into energy savings in terms of heat intake, so the energy costs are consistently reduced.
Induction heating allows a healthy cooking and a considerable time saving.

THE THERMOCONTROL INDICATOR 
No longer do we have to continue removing the lid to check the food to see if it is cooking properly and evenly or if it is ready.
All you have to do is check the indicator and cooking time.
When the indicator arrow goes past the beginning of the green field, it means the utensil is ready for cooking or roasting.
Heating should then be lowered.
The multi-layered construction of the walls and bottom allows the cooking process to continue.
The arrow will continue to move until it reaches the ideal cooking point due to the energy accumulated in the accuthermal compact bottom.

ACCUTHERMAL BOTTOM 
The most important part of Zepter cooking system, the accuthermal compact allows bottom cooking without water and roasting without fat.
Its multi-layered design and light metal components enable the cookware to accumulate and develop energy evenly and quickly.
Heat from the burner rapidly passes through the bottom to the walls without losing its intensity, and then spreads evenly throughout the entire utensil. Food does not stick to the bottom and walls, and the handles stay cool to the touch.
The bottom also keeps very high temperatures without warping.
